Having previously worked for the UK's leading HR Consultancy Jenni was able to hand pick the very best Coaches and Occupational Psychologists in the UK when setting up Pavilion. Our Coaches and OP's  are leaders in their field and have all operated at Board level. They are fully accredited by the Association for Coaching and are passionate about their own ongoing development.  Our view is that it is a privilege to work with our clients to support their people at key times in their careers.

Prior to setting up Pavilion, Jenni worked in senior People Management roles for a range of blue chip companies including KPMG, Cap Gemini, JP Morgan and UBS.
